Terms, privacy, cookies, intellectual property, and how crypto rewards actually work across ZC Game Studio's apps.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ZC Game Studio ("ZC," "we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or playing any ZC Game Studio app — including Crypto Sudoku, BitMine Sweeper, Crypto Block Puzzle, and Crypto Crush (together, the "Apps," and along with our website, the "Service") — you confirm that you've read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version here; continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the changes.
You acknowledge that Apple, Google, and any social or advertising platform that appears within the Service do not sponsor, endorse, or administer the Service and are not responsible for it. Any questions or complaints about the Service should be directed to us, not to those platforms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. The Service is not directed at children under 13, and coin-to-crypto redemption features are never available to minors. We may ask you to confirm your age or identity before processing a redemption, and we may close an account and forfeit any unredeemed coin balance if we determine this condition hasn't been met.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Apps on a device you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. We may terminate this license at any time, with or without reason. You agree not to:
Coins earned inside our Apps are virtual items with no cash value on their own. They track progress and, where a redemption feature is offered, determine what you're eligible to exchange. Coins are not currency, a security, a deposit, or an investment product, and carry no guaranteed value.
Only Crypto Sudoku and BitMine Sweeper currently include an optional feature to exchange coins for DOGE, SHIB, or Bitcoin. Crypto Block Puzzle and Crypto Crush are free-to-play puzzle games with a cryptocurrency theme and do not offer coin redemption. See our Crypto Rewards Disclaimer for the full picture.
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms, including forfeiting unredeemed coin balances obtained through prohibited conduct.
The Service and everything in it are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license above, we and our licensors exclusively own all rights, title, and interest in the Service. See our Intellectual Property section for more detail.
The Service may link to third-party websites or resources we don't own or control, including our crypto payout partner. We aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content, and linking to them doesn't imply our endorsement.
We may update the Service, with or without notice, and may require you to install updates to keep using it. We also perform periodic maintenance, during which some or all features may be temporarily unavailable. Report problems to us at zcgamestudio@gmail.com.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular coin balance or reward will remain available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZC Game Studio and its officers, employees, and licensors won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost data — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold ZC Game Studio harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including specific Apps or their reward mechanics — at any time and for any reason, without liability to you.
If you downloaded an App from the Apple App Store: this agreement is between you and ZC Game Studio only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App, and to the extent required by law, ZC Game Studio — not Apple — is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your license to use the App.
If you downloaded an App from Google Play: this agreement is between you and ZC Game Studio only, not Google. Google has no obligation or liability to you with respect to the App or these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise. Where permitted by law, we encourage resolving disputes informally by contacting us first at zcgamestudio@gmail.com before pursuing formal proceedings.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and ZC Game Studio regarding the Service. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them freely. Notices to you may be sent to the email associated with your redemption request or posted within the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of our right to do so later.
A small percentage of people may experience seizures when exposed to flashing lights or repetitive visual patterns, including those that can appear in mobile games, even if they have no prior history of seizures. If you experience dizziness, altered vision, twitching, disorientation, or loss of awareness while playing, stop immediately and consult a doctor before playing again.
ZC Game Studio ("we," "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect through our Apps and website (together, the "Service") and how we use it. Please review it periodically — if you continue using the Service after we post changes, that means you accept the update.
We use this information to operate and improve our games, process optional crypto redemptions, show relevant ads, detect fraud and abuse, respond to your questions, and understand how our Apps are used. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by emailing zcgamestudio@gmail.com. We'll honor legitimate requests, subject to our right to retain information where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
We share limited data with advertising networks and analytics providers who help run and measure our Apps, and with a third-party crypto payout processor solely to complete reward exchanges you request. Each partner receives only what it needs to perform its function, under its own privacy terms.
We may disclose your information if required by a valid court order or legal process, or if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to prevent fraud, protect our rights, or protect someone from harm.
If you've given us an email address (for example, to redeem a reward), we may use it to send you service-related messages. You can ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time by emailing us. We don't currently support browser "Do Not Track" signals, as no common industry standard exists for interpreting them.
The Service may link to third-party sites we don't control, including our crypto payout partner's site. Review their privacy practices separately — we aren't responsible for how they handle your information.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Our Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age under local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
California residents may request information about our disclosure of personal information for direct marketing purposes and may exercise rights available under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by California law. Our team and service providers are located in different countries, so your information may be transferred to and processed outside your home country, including in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect data transferred out of the EEA — see our Standard Contractual Clauses section.
If ZC Game Studio is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the commitments in this Policy.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, or until you successfully request deletion, whichever comes first.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do, and material changes will be highlighted in-app where appropriate.

When personal data about someone in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or Switzerland is sent to a country that hasn't been recognized as offering an adequate level of data protection, EU law requires a valid legal mechanism for that transfer. One widely used mechanism is the Standard Contractual Clauses ("SCCs") — a template contract approved by the European Commission that binds the party receiving the data to protect it in line with EU standards.
Where ZC Game Studio or a service provider we use (such as an analytics, advertising, or crypto payout partner) transfers EEA, UK, or Swiss personal data outside those regions, we rely on the European Commission's current SCCs, incorporated by reference into our agreements with those providers, as the legal basis for the transfer. Rather than reproduce the full clause text here, we point to the official template published by the European Commission, which sets out the obligations of the data exporter and importer, third-party beneficiary rights for data subjects, liability, and audit rights.
Any party receiving personal data under this mechanism is expected to apply technical and organizational security measures consistent with those described in our Privacy Policy, appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved.
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device to remember information about your visit — such as your preferences or how you interact with the site. They can't run programs or carry viruses on their own.
This website uses only the cookies strictly necessary to remember basic preferences, such as which legal section you last viewed. We do not currently set advertising or third-party analytics cookies on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Our mobile apps don't use browser cookies. They may use mobile advertising identifiers (like Android's Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA) for the same general purposes cookies serve on websites — measuring performance and showing relevant ads. You can reset or limit these in your device's privacy settings at any time.
Since this site keeps cookie use to a minimum, blocking cookies here shouldn't meaningfully affect your ability to browse it.
You can limit ad tracking on your device through your platform's own settings — for example, "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android — which applies across apps, including ours.

The ZC Game Studio name, logo, and the names, artwork, characters, and code of Crypto Sudoku, BitMine Sweeper, Crypto Block Puzzle, and Crypto Crush are owned by ZC Game Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. This license doesn't give you any ownership rights in the apps or their content.
Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Shiba Inu, and other cryptocurrency names and logos referenced in our apps belong to their respective projects or trademark holders. We use them descriptively to explain what our reward feature pays out in — this doesn't imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by those projects.
If you believe content in one of our apps infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us with a description of the work, its location in our app, and your contact details, and we'll look into it promptly.
Only Crypto Sudoku and BitMine Sweeper currently offer an optional feature to exchange in-game coins for DOGE, SHIB, or Bitcoin. Crypto Block Puzzle and Crypto Crush are free-to-play puzzle games that use cryptocurrency imagery and themes but do not include a coin-redemption feature.
In-game coins and any crypto you redeem them for are not securities, deposits, or investment products, and ZC Game Studio is not a financial advisor, exchange, or broker. Nothing in our apps or on this site is financial, investment, or tax advice.
Redemption rates, minimum thresholds, available cryptocurrencies, and the redemption feature itself may change or be discontinued at any time, for any game, without prior notice. Reaching a coin balance does not guarantee a specific payout amount.
The market value of DOGE, SHIB, and Bitcoin fluctuates significantly and unpredictably. The value of any crypto you redeem may rise or fall after redemption, and we have no control over — and no responsibility for — those market movements.
To redeem coins, you'll typically need to reach a minimum balance and provide a valid email address and destination details. Redemptions are processed through a third-party crypto payout partner and, based on our current in-app messaging, are generally delivered within about 7 days, though timing can vary and isn't guaranteed.
You're responsible for providing accurate redemption details, for any transaction or network fees charged by the crypto payout partner or blockchain network, and for any tax obligations that apply to crypto you receive in your jurisdiction.
